OUR CIVIL RIGHTS:

The COVID-19 provincial state of emergency declared under the Emergency Program Act ENDED at 11:59 pm on June 30, 2021.

 

BC Trespass Law: (1) Subject to section 3,

a person who does any of the following commits an offence:

a) enters premises that are enclosed land;

b) enters premises after the person has had notice from an occupier of the premises or an authorized person that the entry is prohibited;

c) engages in activity on or in premises after the person has had notice from an occupier of the premises or an authorized person that the activity is prohibited.

 

The provincial State of Emergency ended, therefore Bonnie Henry has NO authority any more to declare health orders. Therefore entering public spaces such as shopping malls, gyms or restaurants without wearing a mask and/or without providing a vaccine passport is lawful and NOT PROHIBITED.

 

Furthermore, private corporations, such as shopping malls and restaurants do NOT have the authority to mandate medical procedures, such as wearing surgical masks. Nor do they have the authority to mandate proof of vaccination. Corporations do NOT have the right to require citizens to provide their private medical information as a prerequisite to entrance.

 

BC Health Care Consent Act Section 4:

Every adult who is capable of giving or refusing consent to health care has:

(a) the right to give consent or to refuse consent on any grounds, including moral or religious grounds, even if the refusal will result in death,

(b) the right to select a particular form of available health care on any grounds, including moral or religious grounds,

 

Canadian Charter of Rights – Section 15:1

 

(1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.
